Brooke Love, MA Behavior Consultant
Brooke Love received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University and her master's degree in Special Education with an emphasis on emotional disabilities from Ball State University. Brooke has worked with individuals with disabilities for over twenty years in various roles including as a volunteer, a Direct Support Professional, a Medicaid Waiver Case Manager, a Residential Director, and a Director of Behavior Services before developing New View.
Brooke has worked with adults and children with traumatic brain injuries, autism, dual diagnoses, anxiety, depression, OCD, ODD, IED, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, as well as other emotional and mood disorders, mental illnesses, and various levels of intellectual disabilities. She is passionate about helping individuals reach their maximum potential by learning to advocate for themselves, increasing their independence, reaching their goals, and surpassing others' expectations by realizing there are no limitations to what they can achieve!
In her free time, Brooke enjoys traveling as often as possible, spending time with her family and her many pets, trying unique and different foods, and practicing self-care through yoga and pilates.

Katie Parcell, MA BCBA
Katie Parcell graduated with her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2019. At the end of 2019 she became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been providing behavior consulting services for over five years and has experience with individuals of all ages and diagnoses. Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and son. In her free time, she loves reading and traveling the world. Katie is currently accepting clients in Hamilton and northern Marion counties.

Haley Hayse, MA Behavior Consultant
Haley Hayse is a dedicated Behavior Consultant through the Medicaid Waiver and a School Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children and adults with special needs. Her passion for mental health and developmental disorders, along with her desire to support families, has driven her career in the field.

She began her journey in direct care while completing her undergraduate studies at IUPUI and transitioned into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2012. Haley earned her master’s degree in ABA from Ball State University in 2017 while working as a program manager at an ABA clinic. Her experience spans various settings, including homes, schools, and behavioral facilities, where she has worked with individuals with diverse diagnoses and developmental disorders.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her family, cleaning, and creating stained glass art or other projects with her husband. She is excited to serve families in Hendricks, Morgan, and Putnam counties, providing support and guidance to those in need.

BayLee Bowden, MA Behavior Consultant
BayLee Bowden is a dedicated Behavior Consultant with over four years of experience helping individuals overcome challenges and create lasting positive change. She works with clients of all ages, from children to adults, developing individualized plans tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.

Her approach emphasizes practical, real-world strategies to improve communication, reduce unwanted behaviors, and develop new skills. She is particularly passionate about fostering personal growth, building better habits, and helping individuals navigate difficult situations.

BayLee values strong, trusting relationships and takes the time to address concerns with care and understanding. She is currently accepting clients in Hendricks County, west Marion County, and Mooresville, where she is committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward positive change.
Jenny Vetter, MA Behavior Consultant

Jenny Vetter is a dedicated Behavior Consultant on the Indiana Medicaid Waiver, working with adults aged 18 and older who have completed high school. She specializes in supporting individuals with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and autism. Her approach focuses on behavior reduction through mindfulness, kindness, and the belief that life is better with laughter.

Having ADHD herself, Jenny applies the same principles in her daily life that she encourages in her clients. She firmly believes that individuals with diagnoses can achieve their goals through hard work and the right support. Drawing from her own experiences, she understands the challenges of feeling different and embraces the philosophy that everyone has unique strengths and can thrive in any environment.

Jenny holds a bachelor's degree in business management and a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis on autism. She is also a certified IDD/Mental Health Crisis Responder. In addition to her professional achievements, she is a proud mother of five adult children and two minors, a grandmother to three, and the owner of a beloved Great Dane. She is passionate about helping others achieve the life they desire and looks forward to making a meaningful impact.

Jesseca Greene, MA RBC Behavior Consultant
Jesseca Persephone Greene grew up in Owensboro, KY. She comes from a big family and is one of 10 siblings. She moved to the area in 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Bellarmine University in 2010. She went on to earn her Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Louisville in 2013. While in her grad program, she worked as a DSP in Kentucky. She is certified by the Darkness to Light organization as a child sexual abuse community educator. Other trainings include Motivational Interviewing and the Conscious Discipline program. During her career, she has been a waiver case manager, a social worker for DCS in Kentucky, a supported living program manager, and behavior consultant at other organizations. Jesseca loves working with children and adult clients who struggle with social skills, mental health barriers, and coping skills. She is passionate about helping clients find their voice and advocate for themselves. In her spare time, she loves to travel, read, write, watch true crime shows, play video games, be involved in anything nerdy, and bake. Also, she loves to cosplay. She most often spends her time with her two pets, Cerberus and Minerva (but she loves all animals).

Jill Schafhauser, MS Behavior Consultant
Jill Schafhauser has been a behavior consultant for several years after more than twenty years in special education. She earned a bachelor’s degree in special education from Ball State University and a master’s degree in special education from Indiana University. Jill’s passion is helping clients improve their quality of life through meeting behavioral goals. For fun, Jill likes to garden, read, and enjoy family and friends. Jill is currently serving clients in Hendricks County, Morgan County, and the West & Southwest side of Indianapolis.

Brooke Allen, MS Behavior Consultant
Brooke Allen is a dedicated mother to her son, Kolbie, and daughter, Brynlee. She is married to her husband, Tranzae, and their family includes an English Bulldog named Gizmo. Their beloved dog, Riley, who had been with Brooke for nearly 13 years, now rests in heaven. Brooke earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and an associate's degree in early childhood education from Manchester College. After gaining experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), she pursued a master's degree in psychology with a specialization in ABA from Capella University.
With over 20 years of experience working with children, Brooke has spent more than 12 years focusing on children with special needs. Her journey in special education began at an ABA center, where she worked with children diagnosed with autism and quickly realized her passion for this field.

Currently, Brooke serves as a Behavior Consultant with New View. She specializes in working with children but also provides support to adult clients. She serves the east and northeast sides of Indianapolis, including Hamilton and Hancock counties, where she is committed to helping individuals and their families thrive.

Ashley White, MA BCBA
Ashley White earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2020 and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in September 2021. She has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2017 and has been a behavior consultant since 2021. Ashley has experience in various settings, including home, school, community, and clinic, and has worked with clients of different ages and diagnoses. She and her husband, James, reside in Westfield, IN. They welcomed their son, Jameson, in June 2022 and their daughter, Harper, in January 2025.
With each passing year, her passion continues to grow in learning and utilizing best practices of this ever-growing field, to make meaningful change in the lives of her clients and meeting them where they are at. She continues to look forward to continuing helping individuals and their families reach their goals!

Christopher Ramey, Administrative Support Consultant
Chris Ramey is a dedicated advocate for individuals with disabilities, driven by a lifelong commitment to creating opportunities and improving services. Growing up around individuals with disabilities and having a stepsister with disabilities, he developed a deep understanding of the challenges they face and made it his mission to support their rights and inclusion.

A strategic and results-driven executive, Chris has a proven track record of leading organizations to success, implementing turnaround initiatives, and optimizing operations for financial stability. With expertise in executive leadership, fundraising, event planning, and campaign management, he excels in building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving impactful change. His extensive experience in disability advocacy ensures compliance with regulatory standards while fostering inclusive communities and sustainable growth.
